Matt Lupo is an attorney and Young Voices advocate based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. His public policy career began in Washington, DC, where he interned at the Cato Institute for the Project on Criminal Justice Reform. Following his Cato internship, Matt served as the Manager of External Relations at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University until moving to Albuquerque to begin a new career. He has been published on Fourth Amendment issues regarding police and prosecutorial power.
